The Mosaic is located directly across from Hermann Park, and a short walk to the Museum District and Houston’s Zoo. This two-tower high-rise includes 792 residential units with six stories of parking and 22,500 square feet of retail space on the ground floor.

The Mosaic had been with their existing management company since inception. In 2019, the growing dysfunction between the management company and the Board caused them to seek help.


With Rise’s support structure, staff, and condominium methodologies, the Mosaic Board transitioned from a disengaged team into a group who cared about their job, cared about one another, and felt ownership in what they were doing.

Our team swooped in to aggregate all information and set up the building with their systems. This includes creating the new association website, owner portal, board portal, creating the accounting framework, setting up banking integration and accounts, and migrating all vendor and utility information over to Rise.

We held multiple onboarding meetings with the onsite staff and homeowners to integrate them within the RISE culture and vision. The onsite staff were a group of good people who simply didn’t have any connection to the prior corporate management group.
