Landlord Toolkit

  • All Applications for an existing or new tenant require a non-refundable $25 Admin Fee
    • If you are only applying for approval to lease your unit, no fees are due now, but you will need to complete the form again when you have a tenant
  • New tenants will be welcomed into the community:
    • We will send the tenants a welcome letter with all the basics they need to know about the association
    • We will send them a copy of the association’s rules and regulations
    • Tenants will get an online login and will be added to the association’s communication channels
    • We will ensure the tenants get access to the property
    • If applicable, we will coordinate scheduling their move-in
  • To ensure the association has accurate records and contact information, this form will be required to be completed at every lease renewal
  • If we need more information about the lease or tenants, we will reach out after the form is submitted
  • If the lease is not in compliance with the association’s rental policies, we will allow you ample time to remedy the situation before any violations or fines are applied
