Jason Delgado, MBA
Mr. Delgado is a Texas native and started working in community association management in 2007 after finishing his undergraduate degree in International Business Administration from the University of The Incarnate Word. Since then Mr. Delgado has worked in nearly every position within HOA and Condominium Association management from Community Manager, to general ledger accountant, to Chief Executive. Early in his career, while working full time as an executive for an HOA Management firm, he also worked nights on his graduate degree and in 2011 went on to obtain his Masters in Business Administration with a Finance concentration from the University of Texas at San Antonio.
In the decades to follow, Mr. Delgado has continued to apply that knowledge guiding thousands of HOAs/COAs Board Members and overseeing hundreds of thousands of homeowners in matters of operations, risk, insurance, and financial management. Over the years he has been a pivotal figure in the legislative sphere, representing homeowners associations across Texas to the Texas Legislature. His contributions in this arena are profound; he played a crucial role in drafting and refining much of the legislation that continues to shape the governance of HOAs today.
He has also worked with community association insurance for nearly two decades and even holds an insurance license for Property and Casualty insurance. He is one of very few HOA and Insurance professionals who specialize in understanding the nuances of homeowners association and condominium insurance coverages and uses it daily to help communities to thrive.
In 2016, after nearly a decade working side by side, he and his long-time business partner John Elmore formed Rise Association Management Group aiming to bring their personal touch, business expertise, and commitment to service and disciplined execution to community management. Over recent years he has helped to guide these communities through law reforms, hurricanes, fires, floods, ice storms, the pandemic, and nearly every other challenge conceivable over the course of the last decades.
Latest Accomplishments
In 2022 Mr. Delgado was recognized by the Houston Business Journal as one of the Most Admired CEOs in the Houston business community. Mr. Delgado was also honored as one of the Houston Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 list for community and business leaders in Houston.
In his personal life he is an avid reader and endurance athlete specializing in long-distance running. Most recently he finished the Chevron Houston Marathon in a personal best 3 hours and 38 minutes.
He is also an outdoorsman and enjoys fly fishing, scuba diving, and hunting. He has worked with various Veterans Groups to assist soldiers interested in learning to dive. He is also a musician and played for the Summit Christian Center for many years as an acoustic guitarist. He is now the proud father of a husky rescue named Odysseus.

John Elmore, USMC
John Elmore is from a proud line of service to our country and is a decorated United States Marine Corps Combat Veteran. Mr. Elmore was assigned to Weapons Company, 1st Battalion, 23rd Marine Regiment, 4th Marine Division, Marine Forces Reserve while reaching the rank of Sergeant. Mr. Elmore deployed with his unit to Iraq during Operation Iraqi Freedom to help secure the area spanning the Hit-Haditha corridor, west of Ramadi, out to the Syrian border of the Al Anbar Province. Mr. Elmore’s unit received several commendations for outstanding heroism in combat action against an armed enemy. Mr. Elmore is also a Purple Heart recipient from wounds received in combat during his deployment.
He has spent the last 20 years honing his craft working with community associations across Texas and the Southwestern United States. His expertise includes HOA and Condominium Association operations, with a special focus on high-rise condominiums and large scale master planned community associations. He is also one of only a few risk and insurance management professionals who has specializes in homeowners association and condominium association insurance services and has previously served as the President of a specialty HOA and Condo risk services organization.
Mr. Elmore has a BBA from The University of Texas San Antonio where he studied business with focus on accounting. Mr. Elmore started working in the HOA Management industry in 2007 after finishing his undergraduate degree where he first began working with community associations while continuing to serve his country as a reservist. He holds an insurance license for Property and Casualty and specializes in homeowners association and condominium insurance, including in depth coverage analysis, claims management, and insurance program structuring.
Over the course of 20 years Mr. Elmore has worked with, coached, and consulted for thousands of community association Board Members and overseen operations of hundreds of communities with hundreds of thousands of homes.
Latest Accomplishments
Mr. Elmore is a husband and father of two, Tyler and Lauren with most of his “off work” time spent enjoying time with his children during their extracurricular activities including club volleyball, lacrosse, and Boy Scouts. He is an endurance athlete, church leader, avid outdoorsman, craftsman, and a member (PAX) of F3 Nation (Fitness, Fellowship, and Faith). He brings his Marine Corps values to RISE: Honor, Courage, and Commitment while embracing the opportunity to serve others.
Recently, Mr. Elmore competed in two 50-mile overnight rucks which features competitors of all backgrounds from all over the country. The event, known as the Star Course, is a Presidential Special Forces rucking challenge issued to members of the military by Teddy Roosevelt in 1908. Most recently, Mr. Elmore’s team won the GoRuck Denver 50-mile Star Course showcasing the power of preparation, mindset, and challenging your personal limits.
